1. Eligibility for Returns
Books purchased directly from Anthony W. Scott, Esq. or I.S.I. Publishing, LLC are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:
The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the book.
The book is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or markings.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Personalized or autographed books, unless the return is due to damage during shipping.
Items purchased from third-party retailers. If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact that seller for their return or refund policy.
3. Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the book.
Include photos of the damage and proof of purchase.
A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued, depending on stock availability.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned book is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs will not be returned.

Each book is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
5. Delays or Issues
