In his "9-5", Anthony W. Scott, Esq. (“Tony”) is the Director of Housing and Community Development for Cuyahoga County upon being confirmed by the Cuyahoga County Council. In this role, he leads the efforts to expand equitable access to housing, revitalize neighborhoods, and strengthen communities across the county’s 59 municipalities and villages. ​Prior to his confirmation, he held various leadership roles within the City of Cleveland for over a decade.

His true GOD ordained purpose is fulfilled in his "5-9". Tony is the founder and owner of I.S.I. Publishing LLC, a purpose-driven platform that produces impactful books and curates public speaking engagements, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and training sessions focused on leadership, professional growth, and personal development. Formerly known as I.S.I. Consulting LLC, the company is now fully dedicated to publishing, coaching, and speaking. A proud graduate of Shaw High School in East Cleveland, Tony served honorably in the United States Marine Corps during Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. After his military service, he returned to Cleveland and earned a B.A. in English (2003), an M.P.A. (2007), and a J.D. (2009) from Cleveland State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the Northern District of Ohio.​
