Anthony W. Scott, Esq. is an attorney, author, speaker, and Director of Housing and Community Development for Cuyahoga County, where he leads efforts to expand equitable access to housing and strengthen communities across 59 municipalities.
A proud graduate of Cleveland State University — where he earned his B.A., M.P.A., and J.D. — Tony served honorably in the United States Marine Corps during Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He is a first-generation college graduate whose career has spanned municipal leadership, public law, and community development at the highest levels.
