Shaw High School Class of 2025 Commencement Speech
Returning to Shaw High School as the 2025 Commencement Speaker was both a humbling and full-circle moment. As a graduate of Shaw High School in East Cleveland, Ohio, I had the privilege of sharing lessons on perseverance, growth, and purpose with the next generation of graduates. The school played a pivotal role in shaping my journey, and it was an honor to celebrate this milestone with the Class of 2025.
Men’s Full-Life Fitness Summit 2025 Speaker Series
I was honored to speak at the inaugural Men’s Full-Life Fitness Summit 2025, presented by the University Hospitals Cutler Center for Men. The summit brought together leaders from healthcare, government, business, and the broader Cleveland community to explore men’s health, wellness, and personal development. My presentation focused on the importance of balancing authenticity with emotional intelligence, accountability, and effective communication.
Putting the “Men” Back into Mentoring
I had the privilege of presenting “Putting the ‘Men’ Back into Mentoring,” a talk centered on the importance of intentional mentorship, positive male role models, and leadership development. The presentation highlights how strong mentoring relationships can help shape character, build confidence, and empower the next generation of men to lead with purpose.
