Digital Product Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
At I.S.I. Publishing, LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. Please review the following policy regarding the purchase, delivery, and refund eligibility of our digital products.
1. Digital Product Sales
All e-books, digital downloads, and other electronic products sold by Anthony W. Scott, Esq. and I.S.I. Publishing, LLC are delivered electronically and are considered digital goods.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that no physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Order Processing and Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered immediately upon successful completion of your purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and instructions for accessing or downloading your purchased product. Depending on the product and delivery method, access may be provided through:

A direct download link following checkout;

A download link sent via email; or

Access through a customer account, if applicable.
Please save your downloaded files and retain your purchase confirmation for future reference.
3. Pre-Orders
For products offered on a pre-order basis, access to the digital product will not be provided until the official release date specified at the time of purchase.
Customers purchasing a pre-order product will receive confirmation of their purchase upon checkout, and delivery or access instructions will be issued on or shortly after the product's official release date.
Release dates are subject to change. If a release date changes, customers will be notified using the email address provided at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download link or access instructions within 30 minutes of purchase (or within 30 minutes of the official release date for pre-ordered products), please:

5. Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software, applications, and devices necessary to access purchased digital products.
Digital products may be delivered in EPUB, PDF, or other commonly used digital formats as identified on the product description page.
6. Refund Eligibility
Due to the immediate access provided to digital products upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product;

You purchased the product in error and have not downloaded, accessed, or used the content; or
-
You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Digital products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or consumed;

Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or online platforms. Purchases made through third parties are subject to the policies of the respective seller; or

Requests based solely on personal preference, dissatisfaction with content, or accidental purchases after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
